The Partner Program provides our partners across the nation the opportunity to offer Hosted/VoIP products and services to customers in a variety of ways. Anything from compensation for leads, to support and training to become an industry expert, is the reason that Virtual Connections wants to partner with you! The Virtual Connections Partner Program ensures hands-on support for partner companies along with the documentation and information to get you started right away. The Partner Program equips businesses across the nation with the resources needed to excel in offering Hosted/VoIP products and services. This program promotes the growth of Hosted Technology, lends experience from a large network of experienced experts, and helps the telecommunications industry keep up with changing times.
Virtual Connections wants to ensure that all of our partners benefit from partnering with us as much or more than we do! What that means to you is that we will give you the level of support and training you desire. Partners who want to simply pass on a lead and retain cabling and MAC work (moves, adds, and changes) can rely on Virtual Connections to work with their customers to find the right fit for them. Partners who want to utilize the opportunity to learn this new product line and offer it to their customers as their own can use Virtual Connections as a stepping stone to become a white label partner in their own time.
Our partners can offer SIP phones to customers in a variety of ways as well. SIP phones can be ordered by Virtual Connections, a partner, or their customer. An array of SIP phones will work on this service with Polycom, Grandstream, and Aastra as the endpoints of choice. Once phones have been ordered they can be shipped to Virtual Connections or your location for provisioning before being sent on to the customer. Since hosted phones are plug and play and will work anywhere with high speed internet there is no need for your technician to be on site. With remote administration of the system and plug and play connectivity, onsite visits are rare which keeps your technicians billing.
